Most computer issues are related to software so by remote computer repair we can fix most problems without touching your machine. (Most malware though requires an onsite visit) Each remote repair session will last anywhere from 30 minutes to sometimes 2 hours, depending on the complexity of the issue.

When we are finished, we can let the remote software remain so in the future we can login without a setup process again. Or we can remove the connection to your computer from our end and even explain how to remove it from your end.
